The wellness world has a performance problem. Everything is optimized, tracked, and turned into a metric. We built Sola as the antidote.

Sola is built on a simple premise: your nervous system knows what it needs. Our job is to create enough space, safety, and stillness for you to hear it. That might look like a vigorous vinyasa on some days, or a restorative practice barely distinguishable from sleep on others. Both are valid. Both are medicine.

We don't offer a 30-day transformation. We offer a practice. One that compounds quietly over time — until one day you realize you're sleeping better, breathing more slowly, and responding to stress differently than you used to. That's the work.

We follow the body's intelligence, not a script. Classes are responsive — to the room, to the energy, to what people are carrying that day.

Rest is not laziness.

We live in a culture that treats rest as something to earn. We treat it as something you already deserve. Restorative practices are offered in every session.

Modification is wisdom.

There is no pose you are supposed to look like. There is only the pose that serves your body today. Teachers here will never push you past your edge.

Something changes when you breathe in the same room as other people who are also trying to find their way back to themselves. We protect that space fiercely.

Restorative Yoga

Supported, still, and slow. Each pose is held for 5–10 minutes using bolsters, blankets, and blocks so the body can truly release. The practice that most students say changed their relationship to sleep.

Pranayama & Breathwork

Conscious breathing practices drawn from yogic pranayama and modern breathwork traditions. Regulates the nervous system, reduces cortisol, improves sleep quality. Often described as "the thing that finally worked."
